Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of subscriptions to the monbizness software, published by SAS ARETA 64 (45 avenue J.F. Kennedy, 64200 Biarritz, France), available at monbizness.fr and through the app.monbizness.fr application. Any subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these terms of sale.

2. Plans and prices

Four subscription levels (Reviews, Reviews + Social, Visibility, Managed), billed per location and per month, excluding taxes, at the prices shown on the pricing page. A Multi-location plan is available on quotation from 5 locations.

All subscriptions are commitment-free. Two payment options: monthly, or yearly paid in one instalment with a 20% discount already included in the displayed price. A 20% discount applies from the 2nd location of the same customer.

3. Free trial

A 14-day trial is offered with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, the subscription is only activated, and billed, once the customer has entered a payment method and confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card, at the chosen frequency: every month, or once a year for the whole year. The first payment is taken when the subscription is activated, the following ones at each monthly or yearly due date.

5. Term and cancellation

Any subscription, monthly or yearly, can be cancelled at any time from the customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for (the current month or year) and stops the renewal; the current period is not refunded.

6. Liability

ARETA uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service. It cannot be held liable for any unavailability attributable to a third party (hosting provider, review platforms, social networks) or to force majeure.

7. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bayonne, France.
